On Sunday Oct 27, 2024, Tim Vincent ran the Frankfurt marathon in 2:09:40, making him the 10th Australian in history to break 2:10 for the marathon and the 9th fastest Aussie all time. 
In this bonus episode, Timmy breaks down the race, recaps his final preparations and answers listener questions about this huge run. Big congrats Timmy.
