After an enormous few days, the boys sit down to reflect on an epic Gold Coast marathon weekend. With only 5 days until the 2025 Gold Coast Marathon, the boys catch up one last time to chat pre race fuelling, race plans and mindset.Timmy is back on Aussie soil, prepping the body for a potential 10k at Gold Coast and shares more of his pre world championship plans.
